WHERE IT ALL STARTED
Matt (sitting) and Drew (standing) both grew up going to Glenwood High School in Phenix City AL. We began transforming (flipping) houses together in 2013 and officially formed 323 Properties in 2016.
We are both passionate about the challenges of transforming a property into something special.

DREW EDWARDS
Managing Partner of 323 Properties, grew up in Phenix City AL. Drew graduated from Columbus State University( 2009) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. After marrying his high school sweetheart, Whitney he was blessed with three beautiful daughters.
Drew attends The Ridge UMC where he serves in various capacities. When not working he loves golfing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
MATT MIXON
Managing Partner of 323 Properties, born and raised in Phenix City, AL. Matt graduated from Auburn University (2010) with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. After graduating college, he became a licensed Realtor for Bowden Realty in Phenix City and still remains an active Realtor.
Matt was the past president (2017) and is the current President of the East Alabama Board of Realtors. In 2019, Matt was awarded with Realtor of the Year for the East Alabama Board of Realtors. He and his wife have three children - Parker, and twins Chase and Livi Kate.
